Mission & Vision, answered
What does "Building Transparency. Driving Growth." actually mean?
How do your values show up in the products themselves?
Transparency shows up as audit trails and validation logic clients can actually see, not a black-box score. Integrity shows up in how we handle a failed filing — we flag it, we don't quietly patch around it. Innovation is the AI-assisted review now built into IRIS Carbon® and IRIS iFile Suite. And partnership is why onboarding comes with a named filing specialist, not just a support ticket queue.
Why open data standards specifically?
Because proprietary formats create a new translation problem every time data moves between systems, regulators or borders. Standards like XBRL and SDMX mean a filing prepared in one jurisdiction means the same thing when a regulator in another jurisdiction reads it — no re-mapping, no manual reconciliation. That's the difference between compliance that's just a checkbox and data that's genuinely usable.
Does this vision apply to MSME clients too, not just enterprises?
Yes — it's a large part of why IRIS MSME exists. The same structured-data thinking we built for central banks and listed enterprises now powers GST compliance, digital invoicing and credit access for small businesses through the Peridot app. Scale shouldn't decide whether your data is trustworthy.
