Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
· Account Management: Develop strong relationships with key accounts, understand their business needs, and provide strategic solutions.
· Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
· Lead Generation and eventually close/negotiate deals
· Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, operations team.
· Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and generate regular performance reports.
· Client Retention & Growth: Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and upsell/cross-sell new products or services.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, key account management, or client relationship management.
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel, if required.
